Hodgkin-Huxley Nerve Model
        Stimulus Amplitude and Duration
A stimulus consisting of a square pulse of current is applied to the membrane at the beginning of the simulation. You can adjust the amplitude and duration of the pulse before each simulation. Try different combinations of amplitude and duration to see whether or not an action potential is generated and how the values affect the action potential. You can see the sodium and potassium activation variables m, h, and n by right clicking on the graph and selecting these variables. Model details can be found here.
